Legal Company «Alliance Group» was founded on June 4th, 2005 as a unitary enterprise. On November 24th, 2006 Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus issued a license on provision of legal services to the firm. This license was prolonged till November 24th, 2011.

In 1997 was graduated from International Institute of Labor and Social Relations (Minsk). Nesmashny Vladimir began professional activity in 1997. At first he worked as a lawyer in «Law Alliance», after several years became an acting director and finally director, then (since 2005) he has been provided legal services by himself as an entrepreneur. In January 2005 Nesmashny Vladimir became a Director of law firm “Alliance Group”. Now he is a partner of the firm and works as a vice Director of it.

Nesmashny Vladimir is very experienced lawyer in the field of complex legal services. His main specializations are economic activity, international economic law, contract law, tax law, and arbitration and so on.
